Strong WILLed for Clean Water

On Friday March 9th EQR shut down normal operations for a day of service dedicated to our friend and colleague, Will Bunn. Will was a valuable employee whose passion and dedication for the environment runs through the 18 stream restoration projects he worked so hard on during his time at EQR. This is our second year for the day of service and with the help of our amazing partners and coworkers, we were able to make a positive impact to over 25 sites across the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. 368 car tires were removed from the forests and wetlands of the Anacostia River at Anacostia Park, and more than 50 tons of trash was removed from our waterways. We cannot wait for next year and in the meantime, let's keep our communities and watersheds clean!
