EQR's Employee of the Month of April is Foreman, Tyler Magill!
Tyler has taken professionalism to the next level with how he carries himself and runs his crew. He is always willing to do what is hard and doesn’t run away from tasks that could be cumbersome. The way that Tyler communicates and delegates the work to each of his employees helps with the overall moral on the projects that he runs for EQR.
Tyler is following EQR’s policies by providing drinking water to his employees with our 5 gallon coolers that EQR has provided and that has reduced the amount of trash and plastic bottles out on our job sites. Tyler has set a good standard for the rest of EQR to follow and should be noticed for his hard work and dedication to EQR, his crew, and the environment!
